|Recommended: YesMaintenance issues — I have lived here 2 months and the list of issues I have is growing but nothing is being fixed. It is becoming a saftey hazard for my kids. Broken kitchen drawers, ceiling fan glass cover falling and shattering, kitchen sink falling from the counter and oven that hasn't worked since living here.
Positives are the size of the apartment, there is a lot of room and storage and I do love the layout. I just need the maintenance issues to be fixed so my home is safe and functional.

If I need a maintenance request done, their team works fast to get it done and they are super friendly including the office staff Very professional to work and talk with and they answer all my questions.
